This VS Code extension allows you to quickly generate a package.xml manifest by analyzing the dependencies of local Salesforce files (Apex, Flow, LWC).
Features
- Right-click an Apex Class, Flow XML, or LWC file and select SF Manifest: Generate for File.
- Automatically extracts Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Custom Labels, and Apex Classes.
- Opens the generated
package.xmlin an untitled editor for easy review and saving.
Usage
- Open a Salesforce DX project.
- Right-click any supported metadata file (
.cls,.trigger,.flow-meta.xml,.js,.html). - Select SF Manifest: Generate for File.
