This minimal extension is an offline test artifact for the 2026 Visual Studio Marketplace PPE repository-signing certificate renewal.
It is intended for publication to the PPE Marketplace so the package can be repository-signed with the renewed PPE certificate and verified.
After installation, run VSM Certificate Test: Show Confirmation from the Command Palette to confirm the package remains installable.
