A lightweight VS Code extension that highlights + and - lines in diff files.

Features

  • Lines starting with + are highlighted in green
  • Lines starting with - are highlighted in red
  • Header lines (+++, ---) are ignored
  • Supports .diff, .patch, .rej and .orig files

Usage

Just open any supported file — highlighting is applied automatically, no configuration needed.
