This extension overrides Ctrl+2 on Windows/Linux and Cmd+2 on macOS so the shortcut only focuses the second editor group when that group already has visible tabs.

If the second editor group does not exist, or exists with no tabs, the shortcut does nothing instead of creating a blank editor group.
