KiteSQL is a Visual Studio Code extension for running SQL queries against SOAP and REST APIs and viewing results in VS Code.
Install
Install KiteSQL from the Visual Studio Code Marketplace, then reload VS Code if prompted.
Getting Started
- Open the Command Palette with
Ctrl+Shift+P(Cmd+Shift+Pon macOS). - Run
KiteSQL: Open Settings. - Add and test a remote server connection.
- Open a SQL file and select the connection to use.
- Place the cursor in a query and run
KiteSQL: Run Current Query.

Requirements
- Visual Studio Code 1.85.0 or later.
- Access to a compatible KiteSQL API endpoint.
