Mosaic is a state-of-the-art AI assistant for VS Code that doesn't just suggest code—it builds it. Equipped with a powerful suite of tools, Mosaic can read your codebase, execute shell commands, and perform surgical edits with precision.
Key Features
- Full Tool-Calling: Mosaic can interact with your workspace like a senior engineer. It reads files, explores directories, and applies changes automatically.
- Integrated Terminal: Run builds, tests, or git commands directly through the chat. Mosaic manages the terminal so you don't have to context-switch.
- Surgical Edits: No more copy-pasting. Mosaic applies precise, line-by-line modifications to your files.
- Performance First: Optimized for speed with streaming responses and real-time performance metrics (TPS, TTFT).
- Local & Cloud Models: Seamlessly connect to OpenRouter for world-class cloud models or LM Studio for local, private development.

Premium Aesthetics
Mosaic features a curated, high-contrast dark theme with smooth transitions and glassmorphism elements, ensuring that your AI assistant feels as modern as the code you're writing.
