- Open the Abend-AID report viewer from Job Explorer to review the abend code, failing program, and diagnostic details.
- Investigate abends during debugging
- When a program abends during a debug session, open the Abend-AID report viewer directly from the active debug session.
- Faster root cause analysis
- Use the structured Abend-AID report to quickly identify the cause of application and system abends.
Getting Started
- Go to the DevX Explorer extension and create HCI connection and login to HCI connection
- Open Job Explorer view from View-> Open View-> Job Explorer
- Open an Abend-AID report from Job Explorer or from an active debug session when a program abends.
